1. INTRODUCTION

Findmore is dedicated to protecting the environment and advancing sustainable development across all its activities.

We recognize our responsibility of protecting the environment and we are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint through responsible practices, and adherence to applicable environmental legislation and regulations.

This policy outlines our commitment to sustainability, and legal compliance.

2. OBJECTIVE

This Environmental Policy defines the framework for managing environmental responsibilities within Findmore and supports the objectives of our Environmental Management System (EMS). It reflects our commitment to protecting the environment and enhancing environmental performance across all our activities.

Top management is committed to ensuring that this policy:

  • Provides a comprehensive framework for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an environmentally responsible approach aligned with our business strategy.
  • Ensures the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution, reduction of emissions and waste, and responsible use of natural resources.
  • Maintains the trust of clients, partners, employees, and other stakeholders by demonstrating environmental leadership and transparency in our practices.
  • Promotes a culture of environmental awareness and responsibility by engaging all employees and stakeholders in sustainability initiatives and training.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations, as well as with our internal environmental standards.

3. SCOPE

This policy applies across all departments, operations, and activities of Findmore and must be implemented and followed by all employees, contractors, and third-party entities working on behalf of the Findmore.

It covers all aspects of our environmental interactions, including the use of natural resources, generation of waste, and any other environmental impacts associated with our services, and operations.

4. APPLICABLE TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Environment: surroundings in which an organization operates, including air, water, land, natural resources, flora, fauna, humans and their interrelationships.

Environmental Aspect: element of an organization’s activities or products or services that interacts or can interact environment with the environment.

Environmental Impact: change to the environment, whether adverse or beneficial, wholly or partially resulting from an organization’s environmental aspects.

Compliance Obligations: legal requirements and other requirements, i.e., legal requirements that an organization has to comply with and other requirements that an organization has to or chooses to comply.

Environmental Performance: performance related to the management of environmental aspects.

5. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Findmore Management is the owner of this Environmental Policy and is responsible for assigning roles and responsibilities within the Environmental Management System (EMS). Management ensures that adequate resources are provided to implement, maintain, and improve the EMS and that environmental objectives are aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.

EMS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and day-to-day oversight of the Environmental Management Process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts
  • Ensuring environmental objectives, targets, and action plans are established and monitored
  • Maintaining EMS documentation and records in accordance with applicable standards and legal requirements

Heads of Departments, responsible for ensuring that all personnel under their responsibility, including contractors, and third-party entities are aware of and comply with this Environmental Policy, as well as with all applicable EMS procedures, environmental objectives, and legal requirements relevant to their roles and activities.

EMS Auditors, responsible for reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of environmental controls implemented to manage environmental aspects and impacts. They assess conformity with the EMS, identify nonconformities, and recommend improvements where deficiencies or risks are identified.

Employees, Contractors, and Third-Party Entities, are expected to comply with environmental procedures, contribute to achieving environmental objectives, and report any environmental incidents or opportunities for improvement.

6. POLICY STATEMENTS

6.1 Protection of the environment

Findmore is committed to the protection of the environment, to the efficient and responsible use of natural resources to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.

We commit to:

  • Prevention of pollution
  • Implementing resource-efficient practices across all operations
  • Reducing consumption of water, energy, and other resources wherever possible
  • Encouraging repair reuse and recycling initiatives to maximize resource value

6.2 Sustainable procurement

Findmore is committed to integrating environmental considerations into procurement by:

  • Preferring suppliers who demonstrate environmental responsibility
  • Prioritizing Energy Efficiency, i.e., selecting products with low power consumption
  • Choosing Environmentally Friendly Products, i.e., giving preference to products with eco-labels such as EPEAT

6.3 Engaging employees and stakeholders

Findmore is committed to engaging employees and stakeholders to foster a culture of environmental responsibility and raising awareness among employees about the importance of environmental stewardship.

6.4 Accountability and Transparency

Findmore has a strong commitment to maintain open and transparent reporting on our environmental performance, ensuring accountability at all organizational levels.

6.5 Compliance Obligations

Findmore is committed to fulfil its compliance obligations related to our environmental aspects, including regulatory, contractual, and voluntary obligations.

We maintain systems to identify, assess, and regularly review these obligations to ensure continued compliance.

6.6 Continual Improvement

Findmore is committed to the continual improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS) to enhance environmental performance across all areas of the organization. This commitment is achieved through:

  • Establishment and tracking of environmental objectives and targets
  • Regular audits, and performance reviews
  • Implementation of corrective and improvement actions

7. POLICY REVIEW

This environmental policy will be reviewed at least annually, or whenever significant changes occur in technology, regulatory requirements, or business operations that may impact environmental management practices and require updates to the policy.

8. ENFORCEMENT

Any employee found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary actions.
