Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Attend the daily global operation meeting;
•Respond to incident, changes and requests within defined SLA;
•Monitor backups and resolve issues;
•Monitoring through tools and/or custom scripts;
•General technical trouble shooting and resolution of issues;
•Root cause analysis for incidents and propose preventive measures;
•Migrate / upgrade / copy databases;
•Supervise automated patching;
•Consult, plan and execute activities with customers;
•Provide 24×7 support and resolve upcoming issues independently;
•Support DR tests;
•Communicate recognized risks, issues and areas for improvement.

Main Technical Requirements:

•SQL Server (2008 to 2019): Demonstrated multi-year experience in database administration in complex production environments;
•Experience with basic Oracle operations;
•Experience in administration of MongoDB;
•Familiarity with ServiceNow;
•Experience in administration of Couchbase, PostgreSQL, Db2;
•Experience with Public Cloud: AWS, Azure;
•Scripting, automation skills, Puppet;
•Experience in change management. (ITIL methodology).
